Graduate students in Neuroengineering labs wishing to schedule a room for their Masters or PhD thesis defense in should take the following steps:
- Complete the brief webform below and submit it to the NEI admin office
- Email Hunter Capoccioni, the Academic Administrator at the Rice NEI to reserve a conference room (or other location) by sending an email to capoccioni@rice.edu
- Once your room is confirmed, submit your scheduled thesis to the Office of Graduate Studies by going to https://events.rice.edu/rgs/
Why is this form necessary? Graduate students who participate in Neuroengineering labs are being asked to complete as a courtesy. The information gathered is strictly for use within the NEI and will be used for announcements to the Initiative so that all NEI core labs are aware of these important culminations of your work and can choose to attended to support you if desired.
